"My first date was at Mills Restaurant (or cafeteria) downtown. They had a windmill sign.

(We) used to eat at Woolworth's counter a lot too with my school friends. I remember asking a waitress for a glass of water and then asking how much it cost. She indignantly told me that this was the United States Of America and we don't charge money for water. How times have changed!"
